Thanks for ordering with us. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel appropriate, please let us know. We’ll try Solving it up !!
1) In case of Size Issue, the customer needs to mark us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with their Order ID, Phone Number and Email ID or WhatsApp us on +91 96677 17704. Our team will revert you within 24-48hrs.
2) We will exchange the size of the product, the color and design would be same as purchased
3) Customer can request for exchange the order within 1-3days from the date of delivery after the timeline exchange request will be approved.
4) Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
1. There is only one time return policy for all the products.2. Customers can request for return their order within 1-3 days after an order has been delivered. For customized/personalized orders there are no returns.
3) We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
4) All returns must be in unused condition with all original barcodes and packaging intact.
5) In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at email@example.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account.
6) As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc In case of an return; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; We will charge a nominal fee(depending on the number of articles and their weight).
How Will I Get My Refunds?
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7-10 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:- -NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days. -Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
